absolutely horrible experience. I had to call over and over and over to ask about food for my dog and was told repeatedly they would have my dogs food by today and then they call and say "yeah we don't have it"........ ok now my dog doesn't have food? i would have ordered from the supplier directly to avoid this situation? why tell me its handled and you have it if you don't? and no apology, no discount offered nothing. stay away from these people who clearly don't care about animals

Best pet store! This is the only place I go, and my dog loves it. Every dog in the area tries to pull their human into this spot, to get treats and visit with Martin. He treats every dog like family! They even have their own store mascot, Cali. She's a sweet older cat, who spends a lot of the day napping and visiting with customers.

Horrible customer support. Purchased through amazon. They lied about the product amount then they pulled the listing once I put int a complaint. they charged me double compared to what most people charge. Then when I asked for a refund they expected me to pay to ship it back.

Im in a canine nutrition course, and we were given some criteria to rate dog foods (by independent vets). Almost ALL of the food they carry rate a 9 or higher (out of 10) in terms of good nutrition. I really like and trust this place for my dogs needs.

After a weeks holiday in New York, I was staying on 101st, I needed to bring something back to the UK for lottie, She loves her new ball and it's tough enough that she hasn't destroyed it yet. The staff were very friendly and even the cat came over to say hello. So thanks Guy's
