We cannot say enough kind things about Pet Care Center of Apopka and their entire team. During one of the hardest and most unexpected moments of our lives—having to say goodbye to our beloved German Shepherd, Baron—they treated us with nothing but compassion, patience, and genuine care. Dr. G, Lexi, and the entire staff were absolutely wonderful. They took the time to explain everything, never rushed us, and showed such sincere empathy that it truly felt like they were mourning alongside us. Every member of the team was kind, gentle, and respectful, creating a calm and loving environment during an incredibly painful time. Let me start with THESE GUYS ARE AWESOME. The dr and his assistant are so compassionate with our dogs. One of them has severe anxiety of the vet and they handled her like a pro. Affordable, reliable, compassionate all of the above. Thank you guys so much!

Let me say my husband and I are so thrilled to have found Dr G and pet care center of apopka. Not only was Krista the assistant very professional and very sweet to my Abby giving her lots of love I appreciate how thorough they were and checking her over and explaining certain procedures. And we had a huge long list of everything they did vaccinations exams test and let me tell you it was so reasonable I could not believe it when I saw the bill compared to the last place we went to!! We will not be going anywhere else and I highly recommend you consider taking your pets there you will not regret it. 👍👍🥰🥰

My heart is heavy my baby before I had a baby. I am so heart broken because she was just fine! No signs of slowing down energetic and everything. I took her to the vet last Friday Sep 6 2024 to get her annual exam which came with shots that she needed, the next day she was not right very lethargic and i thought maybe it would pass but it didn’t so I took her back to get checked on Sep 13 2024 and the next morning she died. I believe truly and whole heartedly that the PET CARE CENTER OF APOPKA killed my baby before she was ready. I held her while she took her last breath at 5am yesterday Sep 15 2024. Apopka Vet Hospital was new to me . I was greeted so warmly on the phone by Trinity, to make a teeth cleaning appt. for my Gracie. When I arrived , all my ?’s about pet insurance were answered thoroughly by David, the office manager, and then Dr. G , the vet doing the procedure, even more questions about the teeth cleaning , were answered in full. They took such time and care for me and Gracie, which put my mind at ease. The same morning I was greeted warmly be another young lady behind the counter, Jasmine. In this fast pace world where making money at the cost of client concerns is so prevalent, this vet hospital knows how to take concerns, ?’s, and care ahead of the money . I highly recommend this vet hospital to anyone who values the same qualities. SM
