Pet Alliance of Greater Orlando (Sanford Location)

Recently adopted our two-month old. The staff were friendly, and as helpful as they could be. They unfortunately got the info for our puppy mixed up with another litter so we thought she had kennel cough for a moment lol. Otherwise, the onsite vet provided the spay surgery, provided us with meds and sent us home with a goodie bag full of dog feed, toys, and leash with collar. Super helpful. I love that they update their website daily and would recommend you adopt from here.

I’m so happy my niece is 18 yr old she lost her dad last year and her step dad this year. She’s found a new best friend Luna. The family had to give her up she’s a mix and so sweet. My niece said it’s the first time she’s so happy she could cry. She’s already got her bed ready all necessities and extras. Pet alliance was amazing! And my niece is so happy. To the family of her if your on here. Ty she’s going to have a wonderful home and well loved. But I also want to say I’m so sorry that you had to give up your baby. I know it couldn’t been easy. But rest assured she will be well care for and loved.

Staff was great. Pick up was easy. Drop off was a not confusing, with some owners' arriving after me, but their pets taken before. The important thing is my fur baby was ready as promised and is healthy. Just waiting on the follow up vet appointment to ensure everything is ok.

I was approached in the beginning after the initial deposit of $70.00 thinking I was only to pay $120.00. They then said that a dog 5 years of age or older has to pay for bloodwork to be performed. I went on the website after feeling defeated that they pulled a fast one on me paid $220.00 for the visit and left. I later went on the website under the Neuter/Spay, where it physically says -"Animals 6+ years old require bloodwork prior to surgery with a physical exam." I expect a $100.00 refund. It is not just the initial cost of the "deposit" that is to hol the spot, plus you have to pay for random extra bullshit. The people that come to get your animal from you are volunteers and probably on a parole assigned probation with a minimum of volunteer hours. This place is not professional at all

I want to thank Pet Alliance for the care, grace and compassion they had when I had to make one of the most difficult decisions of my life. Thank you for helping me make the right decision for my girl and for giving her the dignity she deserved. Life can be very hard sometimes. I know what you see and have to handle every day, and I trust your judgment. Thank you for saving her, and for giving me 5 years with this beautiful soul.
