We got the best kitties! They took care of us very efficiently & respectfully. The place is well maintained & the employees/volunteers truly care for all the animals there & are hopeful & excited for them being adopted. I was smiling the whole time I was there! Horrible experience. I bought a 6 yr Yorkie here last week for my birthday. He is now throwing up with diarrhea. More concerning, pink-red stool. They couldn’t care less!!!! I tried calling no answer. I drove up hoping their vet could see him. First, thing they said was “ he’s your responsibility now, even if our vet was here they wouldn’t see him. The supervisor came to me and said “ he definitely needs a vet, and if you surrender him we wont call you and give you updates. ( mind you i didn’t ask or mention wanting updates i just want him to get care) I had a rescue dog a couple years ago and in a couple months the same thing happened and took her to the vet several times spending thousands just for her to die weeks later. I don’t have it like that to do it again and just wanted some help

Great experience at this animal shelter. The facility was clean and clearly cared for. Every staff member we interacted with was kind, patient, and genuinely committed to the animals’ well-being. During our visit, a sweet dog named Snoop caught our eye. We were able to meet him shortly after, and the team made the whole process easy and stress-free. Everyone seemed truly happy Snoop was going home. Snoop has been the goodest boy and a true addition to our family. The bad reviews are undeserved, from people who may not understand what animal care takes or didn’t read their contract. You could never convince me this team doesn’t take good care of animals. Thank you for everything you do and for giving us the opportunity to bring Snoop home. We’re forever grateful! 💕🐾

We adopted our sweet Maltese ,Marble (now Manny)a week ago . My husband said the Manager? was very nice and accommodating.We wanted our Maltipoo to have a companion and playmate ,and they get along great .

Such kind staff! Help you through the whole process and make sure the animals go to a good home! All the cats looked calm and very playful! They looked like they get a good home here while they have to be there. I decided to adopt a kitten yesterday. The wait was a bit long, but there is only one cat meeting room and they have to explain everything about the animal and make sure you can handle taking care of a kitten. I will definitely come back if in need of another animal! I saw maybe over 10 animals get adopted yesterday which I love to see!
