HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Peavine has provided grooming and boarding for our dogs for a couple of years now. Totally worth the 1-hour round trip to drop off and again to pick up. Grooming is not cheap, but absolutely worth every penny. They even offer $5 photos at various times of the year, and the photos are great! (They even capture the detail in our Basenji’s dark eyes.) For years we tried every grooming place in Burlington to get our Goldendoodle groomed correctly. In fact, we called him Fabio after going to the groomers, because he looked like someone else’s dog. Many people have recommended this place to us, so when we had to have our dog boarded for Thanksgiving we choose Peavine. In addition to grooming, they also offer kennels for your pets. The owner took me on a quick tour, and answered all of my questions. When we got back from our out of town trip, we were able to pick up our dog on a Sunday evening. I was impressed by how popular Peavine is (always people coming and going when I've been there). And the owner and staff are truly dedicated and caring (long hours and lots of work to do). It seems they really care about what they are doing. Which makes it an easier choice the next time we have to look at boarding our dog for a holiday trip.
