We have been taking our dogs here for many years and remain impressed how cosistant and professional the service has been. The owner, Malissa, has taken over personally, the grooming and the great cuts speak for themselves. She is a stalwart hard working person and awesome person with a mission to provide the best care for your "kids".

I recently adopted my first puppy, and she finally turned 5 months old, so I decided to get her first grooming! It was my first time visiting a pet grooming shop, and I didn’t fully understand the regulations, which led to me not brushing her properly and causing some confusion for her.. 😢 However, Melissa was very understanding and even allowed me extra time to brush her. I am truly grateful for her patience. I was able to leave feeling reassured after seeing how lovingly and gently she treated my puppy with a warm gaze and smile. After reading the one-star reviews here, I actually trust Melissa even more. It’s clear that she loves dogs more than anyone and is dedicated to providing responsible service. I’ve been bringing my dog to Melissa for over 4 years now, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else. She’s truly amazing at what she does—my pup always leaves looking (and smelling!) incredible, and she’s clearly someone who takes pride in her work. Yes, Melissa has policies—and like any professional business, they’re there for a reason. Take the time to read them before your appointment. It’s not difficult, and it sets everyone up for success. She runs a clean, safe, and efficient grooming space, and that kind of consistency takes structure. Mellisa is a awesome groomer! She does a consistently amazing job every time I bring my dogs into her. If your new to the area or just want to try someone new give her shot you won’t regret it.

Melissa is great. She used to be a veterinary technician and she one time found an issue inside the mouth of our dog. I don’t think most groomers are doing oral exams so my compliments to Melissa for going above and beyond to look out for the overall welfare of the dogs in her care.
