Big Woof Pet Supplies & Spa

It was my first time in big woof, and I was very impressed by the level of service. They’re very communicative and text before the grooming appointment on any updates. My dog got the poodles’s haircut and she’s a medium sized dog. Her grooming appointment is about two hours and I was happy with her cut. Kaitlyn was the groomer. Additionally, I took a walk around the store and I found that they have some pretty unique products. I was able to ask the store associates questions and for recommendations and they were extremely helpful.

Stopped by this pet store that we spotted om out way back from Berkeley. Got aome great chewies for our dogs. They had a great treat bar with beef tendons, trachea and no stink bully sticks.

What a delightful store! I’ve never seen so many unique treats for our dogs, and the staff is amazing at explaining what the benefits are in some. They are also super nice and friendly, I now just want to buy my babies more treats to go say hi to them! So far the rabbit ears, the duck heads and the freeze dried shrimp have been the ones we’ve bought for them and they have devoured them (playing with them before eating them too… 😬). So happy to have you in Lafayette!!!!

Big Woof is an amazing Pet Store!! They have a fantastic selection of toys and high-quality food that my dogs love! Their grooming services are top notch, and the staff always goes above and beyond to help with my dogs’ physical needs. Everyone there is so knowledgeable, kind and truly cares about pets. It is such a relief to know I can trust them from everything from nutrition to grooming. I highly recommend Big Woof to any pet owners!!

Just wanted to give a quick shoutout to Big Woof, the new dog shop in town! 🐶 The doggy day spa was fantastic — they treated my pup so well, and he even got a hand cut so his hair could stay a little longer (finally, someone who gets it!). There’s really nothing else like this around here, and I’m so thankful to have a break from doing it myself. If your dog is prone to pancreatitis, they also carry a bunch of great food and treat options. One of the owners, Diane, was super knowledgeable and took the time to explain what to watch for, which I really appreciated. It’s such a great addition to Lamorinda — I really hope they do well! Definitely worth checking out if you’ve got a furry friend. 🐾💛
