I wanted to make sure I expressed myself clearly. Potential new customers need to to know how disappointing and honestly heartbreaking this situation has been for us. After almost four years of bringing our two poodles to Kara trusting her w them, supporting the East haven business, paying promptly, and always tipping we never expected to simply be left without communication. We waited patiently during your maternity leave because we valued our relationship with u. Only to be ignored w no communication or explanation. After being told by staff several times we would get a call back. That’s why it’s been so hurtful to come back and feel completely abandoned without any explanation or even the courtesy of a response. If you no longer wish to groom our dogs, we would have respected that. But

If I could give them 10 stars I would! I don’t trust very easy when it comes to my two, that’s the first reason why I love it here. When they are here I know they are safe and well taken care of. Kara always goes above and beyond with both of them.

I highly recommend Kara K, who is a seasoned professional dog groomer full of integrity, kindness, and enthusiasm. Kara is the sweetest, most gentle and caring dog groomer. She has been grooming my dogs with tender loving care for 15 years. Kara is talented, reliable, patient, gentle, and she truly cares about her customers and the doggies she grooms. My two senior Maltese dogs passed away in 2017, and Kara sent me a handwritten condolence card. These are things you never forget.

Not the place for a self wash! Brought my 70lb dog in for a self wash and it was a waste of time and $15. They only provide 1 rag towel, no conditioner, no aprons, and the unscented soap wouldn’t suds up. Is he even clean now? The slip leash in the tub is just coated wire with no clip so my dog choked himself the whole time and there was no ramp for the dog to get in the tub so I had to lift him myself. The bath mat was also moldy!!! 1 star for nice staff and warm water.

Absolutely love these groomers. Excellent support, friendly and encouraging, competitively priced for young and adult dogs. Use with confidence.
