Dearest Mary and staff, I just want to say how comfortable and welcomed I felt from the moment we walked in. Every member of the team greeted Bear and Lily with such kindness, and it truly meant more to me than I can put into words. I couldn’t be more grateful for the tender care and gentle assistance you gave to my 17-year-old Bear, who found his peace on 1/12. Knowing he was treated with such compassion during his final chapter brings me a deep sense of comfort. The little conversations after using the self-serve dog wash, the thoughtful guidance, and even the things I didn’t realize I might need — all of it made the experience feel personal and genuine, not rushed or transactional. We’ve since moved to another state for work, but if we are ever back, Lily and I will absolutely stop

My dog Nova has been coming here for years and we've had nothing but positive experiences every time. We've moved out of the area and will still make the long drive just to come to Pawsh. Mary and her staff and the absolute best and SUPER patient with each and every pup. Special shoutout to Daniel today for making Nova's nail trim a breeze.

I’ve been bringing my American Akita to Pawsh Dog Wash for a few years now, and they always do an amazing job! He sheds a lot, and their grooming services make such a huge difference. His coat looks great and there’s so much less fur around the house. The team is always friendly, professional, and gentle with him. They truly make my life so much easier, and I couldn’t recommend them enough!

We are moving to CA and I’m so sad to be leaving Pawsh. We started with the self grooming station and have now been getting our golden groomed there monthly for a while. The staff are so friendly and SO HELPFUL WHEN MAKING ACCOMMODATIONS. Thank you to the whole Pawsh team especially Austin. I chose to self-wash my dog. The place was clean and didn’t smell. There is dog hair, but it’s to be expected. I also saw them clean/sanitize the space after every dog, which is something I was looking for! I chose this place over another spot due to cleanliness.
