I recently took my German Shepherd mix with severe anxiety and reactivity here to get a bath and his nails done. Not only were they super kind and patient, but it was also the quickest I've ever seen him even remotely calm down around someone, much less a stranger. They were quick and communicative and he not only looked great, but felt and smelled AMAZING afterwords too. I could not have been happier for my pup's first professional groom and would highly recommend this place to family and friends!

The grooming itself is solid — my dog always looks great after a visit, and it’s clear they do a good job with care and detail. The real issue is scheduling. It’s nearly impossible to get anyone on the phone, and I’ve left multiple voicemails without a response. Trying to book an appointment feels like a full-time job in itself. I’d really recommend they set up an online scheduling system — it would save everyone a lot of time and frustration. Until then, the hassle of booking just isn’t worth the otherwise good grooming experience.

I will never use this groomer again! When I pulled into the parking lot today to pick up my dog, I saw my dog walking from the sidewalk into the parking lot with no collar or leash. I jumped from the car and picked her up and ran inside. The front door was propped open and there was no one in the front area. Apparently, my dog had been in a small crate in the lobby which had not been locked properly while she waited to be picked up. She pushed the door open and went out the door. In addition, my dog has been there twice, both times they cut her nails to the point of bleeding. She’s twelve years old and never had a groomer over cut her nails. The owner apologized but I no longer trust her to care for my pet.

Best groomers in town! My 3 doggies (GSD, lab, and French bull dog) love coming here. Sandy is fast, friendly, and does everything that she can to make the doggies feel comfortable. I tried other groomers in the area including Petco and All Fur Pet Grooming. And Paws and Purrs did the best grooming.
