PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU HAVE TO ASK THEM IN ADVANCE TO GO INTO THE TREATMENT ROOM WITH YOUR PET OTHERWISE THEY WONT LET YOU! I took my parrot for a beak, nail and wing trim which was pretty pricey, more than double what I paid for the same service 7 years ago, but then there is inflation! Overview: Front desk person is awkward with customers and/or new to the job and got INCENSED when I took photographs of the licenses that were hung BEHIND the front desk (when there was no one there) and I told him that if they didnt want people to go behind the desk, then they should hang them IN FRONT of the desk. I felt like they were trying to hide something by making it hard for people to see them. It took over an hour for my bird to get treated even though I had an appointment, I think they were dou

Overpriced, slow, and you don't even get to go back with your pet and be able to speak to the veterinarian. You have zero oversight about what they are doing to your pet, how they are handling it and how it is being treated. Of course they came out with an overpriced estimate after 10 minutes and when I said I wanted to speak to the vet before making a decision on what actions I want them to take, it took over an hour for me to speak anyone. There was one person besides me in the office, so it was not busy and crowded. The part that bothered me most was not being able to sit in on the observation of my animal, which I've never experienced at a vet before. I suggest the office reevaluates their practices.

One thing that stands out about this place is that staff always answers their phones and is always friendly and great at responding to emails and voicemails. I really appreciate that they ensure to maintain great communication. One other thing is that this is the only vet that sees small exotic animals in the area which is great for those of us who cannot drive far away to see an exotic vet. I also appreciate ample availability for appointments and flexibility in rescheduling appointments. Very accommodating office. I had a rat tumor removal on an elderly rat which was a risky procedure which I was unsure if she would survive. So far 24 hours later she is running around and happy as can be like nothing happened. And this was a huge invasive tumor on her belly. I’m impressed with the doctor

The only reason I didn't give this place one star is because they actually gave my rabbit back alive. Some idiot in my neighborhood bought a rabbit and after a few months let it go in the wild where is attacked by cats and Lord knows what other kind of animals. Can I call this vet because it was actually recommended buy a vet closer to my home. When I called The naked appointment I explained to the gentleman that answered the phone but my rabbit was scratching at its ears and then I needed for them to be cleaned and medication for his ears. 3 hours went by and they called me and sent me an email with a care plan. The care plan was for 500 dollars for tests and medications for anesthesia, and two different medications for sedation. The totaling over $200 just to clean my rabbit's ears. Remi

They do not allow you to go back with your pets. Every single visit came with huge surprise costs, the repeated reasoning for these was “just to be safe” (no justified health reasons) which eroded trust very quickly. Even a simple checkup and update for vaccines for my healthy pet came with recommendations for x-rays, tests, or whatever else they could squeeze in. Appointments take forever as well. If you’re not waiting in your car be prepared to painfully watch 3 LARGE turtles depressingly float on top of each other in a much too small tank in their waiting room for over an hour. The last interaction I had with them, they rescheduled my appointment for the 3rd time and tacked on ANOTHER unnecessary and overpriced test “just to cover all bases”. Never going back and do not recommend!!!
