We had a great experience getting our golden doodle washed and groomed! She was friendly, patient, and our doodle was very receptive to her. After countless grooming failures at other establishments, this was definitely the right choice moving forward and our doodle stayed calm knowing she’s still close to the house, that was the biggest convenience and benefit.

Alexys has been wonderful with our pup. She is calm, patient, and clearly understands how to work with dogs that have a bit of fear or anxiety. Despite his nervous tendencies, she handles him gently while still being efficient, which we really appreciate. She is consistently punctual and does a great job communicating ahead of appointments, so we always know what to expect.
