Customer Reviews
BEST CATS EVER!! My experience w PAWS was streamlined and easy. They really care about their animals and you can tell they only want them to go to good homes. I adopted 2 kittens here and could not have asked for a better pair. I could rant and rave about their temperaments, but I’ll stick to the things PAWS is able to control. 1) My kittens were spayed. HUGE since that can be north of $400 for two cats. 2) My kittens were well-socialized. They’re not too shy around new people and I contribute this to the way PAWS has their kittens interact with people while at the shelter 3) My kittens were litter box trained. I was prepared for a messy training period but didn’t have to go through this. 4) My kittens were scratcher-post trained. Another lengthy training I was prepared for but didn’t
After 10 years of our daughter asking for a dog, she finally got her wish! We started our search at PAWS in Chicago, where the team was absolutely wonderful to work with and incredibly helpful throughout the process. After a couple of visits, we found our perfect new family member, Gretel—we couldn't be happier with our choice. PAWS does an exceptional job ensuring you find the right match for your family. Their thoughtful approach and dedication to both the animals and adopting families really shows. If you're looking for a pet, I highly recommend visiting PAWS in Chicago.
When you love a dog, it's sad to think about dog shelters, but when you visit Paws, you feel happy and confident they take good care of pets, great clean Place and Staff, every body is nice and careful with pets at Paws.
We have a friend who fosters cats for Paws and pointed us in their direction when we were ready for another cat. Everyone was incredibly friendly and the organization serves the community in so many ways. They help to spay and neuter cats and dogs from Chicago Animal Care and Control so they can be adopted sooner in addition to taking cats and dogs that the city does not have room for, helping to save so many lives. We are so grateful for all of the good work this group does but even more grateful for little Augie!
Recently three days ago my dad brought a husky male neutered with some tan colored eyes to put up for adoption and he took him while I was at school and didn’t know until I got home and I don’t know which of all your locations he is in but I wanted to know if yall have him in your location i would love if I could see him and say my goodbyes he goes by the name of Wolfe unless yall changed it but he looks like this
