So I was laughing when the owner(wife) and I was talking about the length of the cut I wanted and was trying to explain that she(my dog) didn’t like the short hair cut like before, so let’s go a little longer as she(the owner) cut me off being rude saying dogs don’t have emotions about their hair cuts. I said I have pics, yet again cut off rudely by her saying I don’t believe dogs don’t like their haircuts. So I left it at that, not quite understanding her rudeness assuming she was having a bad day. I usually deal with her husband who is super nice. I returned 3 hours later (she said 2-3hrs) cause I hadn’t received a call yet, but my dog wasn’t ready. Again met with attitude and rudeness as she said it’s gonna be at least another hour. Jacquie is amazing. She groomed all 4 of our kids and they look and smell amazing. I will definitely be a repeat customer. Jacquie is the only person I let cut my children anymore. She deserves more than 5 stars. The fact she's usual book a month or so in advanced, tells how many people her trust her with their family.

I have cats. It's hard to find anyone to work on cats (they're all short hair so all I really need is nail trims) . The vet usually charges around $20 each and I have 3 inside cats so that gets pricey. PAWfection groomers are awesome.. Told me bring them in no appointment, clipped them and it was less for all 3 than for 1 at the vet. They're very nice, fast and professional. I wouldn't just take your cats without at least calling though as they might be too busy but I'm sure they'll do their best to accommodate you.

Did a really good job on my shitzu in a timely manner, and the price was extremely reasonable. Definitely better customer service and quality of care than petco
