Groom Galore

Kay is PHENOMENAL! We have a very reactive dog and she had been grooming him at another salon. He fell in love with her. After that salon closed, we were terrified of where to take our little guy next... but Kay was happy to keep him as a client! It's a bit further of a drive than before for us, but it is 100% worth it. She keeps our opionated drama queen comfortable, even in the parts of the groom he doesn't like. It absolutely warms my heart when we walk in and he gets ecstatic to see her. He is VERY selective of his people and she's one of his favorites. She also groomed our foster husky who had been dumped. He had some mats, layers of dirt, and burrs in his coat. She braved that task no problem and handled the husky tantrum like a pro. He came out looking like a brand new dog!

I was looking for a local groomer to shave my big grouchy and very matted cat. I'm so happy that I found Kay at Groom Galore. She was so kind and talked me through what the appointment would include. She sent pictures and updates along the way. The pricing was higher than I was expecting, but for a 1 on 1 appointment with no other interruptions from other animals, I'm sure my kitty enjoyed that very much. I will definitely be re scheduling when my cat needs it again. Thank you again for making my cat happy!

We brought our dog in for a first-time-in-a-long-time groom and we are so happy with the results. She looks and feels so much better and we were both treated with true kindness and care.
