Update March 12: After posting my original review, Dr. Clay personally reached out to me and took the time to speak with me over the phone. He sincerely apologized for how my initial call was handled and expressed that the experience I described was not the standard they strive for at their clinic. During our conversation, he was very understanding about my 13-year-old rescued Poodle/Maltese mix and the challenges that come with grooming a senior dog who requires sedation. He kindly offered to help by sedating my little man and cleaning up his face and underbelly for me and he even worked to get my little guy in very quickly. I absolutely love Ninnescah Veterinary! Not only are their prices reasonable, but they treat me and my animals like family. Dr. Miles helped me when it was time to say goodbye to my 13yo kitty and it really meant a great deal to me. I highly recommend all of the doctors.

Best vet around hands down. They do a great job taking care of my pets, they're super kind and friendly, and they've come in clutch for my family when we've had some pretty serious emergencies (that always seem to happen on weekends or holidays btw.) They're absolutely worth a half hour drive.

The best experience I could have asked for. We were not regulars when I called in need of putting my 16 year old baby to rest. They were kind and caring from the first phone call. On the day of the visit I came in crying hardly able to speak and they helped me every step of the way. The Vet was like the cool uncle in your family who makes everyone laugh during serious situations and it made me feel really comforted and he reassured me the whole way I was doing the right thing. His assistant was very informative and just amazing too. Thank you guys for helping me during the hardest decision of my life.

Staff was friendly and helpful. They made sure to allow my dog time to settle and did all they could to put him at ease. He's a recent adoption with virtually no known history. Highly reactive barker with low level aggression (growled at Vet once) but they went right on and got his vaccinations administered quickly and efficiently. Lobby and exam rooms were clean and tidy. Very happy they were highly recommended by several friends.
