To start, if we could give more than 5 stars we would! Kayla took such amazing care for our pup Jasper while enjoying our wedding weekend in the city. When Jasper took to her immediately we knew we were in good hands. Kayla sent detailed updates and photos of each walk, which we LOVED to see. Kayla was friendly, easy to work with, professional, timely and overall a true doggie whisper!! Kayla and sam are the best! I’ve had them stay over to watch cheerio, Cheerio has stayed with them, and we do a few walks every day. They send the cutest pics (one of them included) and give me all the details of the walk which is helpful to know when my dog is having stomach issues. They also follow super specific instructions on shoes and keeping cheerio away from other dogs (other dogs don’t like him) which is not easy in manhattan so it’s really appreciated! Highly recommend them they’re super professional too and meticulous

I heard about Pawfect Day from a positive referral! It has been a consistent positive experience since the start. From daily walks, staying in my home while I was traveling, to drop offs at the groomers. To even helping in a crisis, the Pawfect Day team has gone above and beyond to take care of my pup. I absolutely love the walk updates with the daily summary and pictures. They are quick to communicate and always able to accommodate. The only reason I am leaving Pawfect Day is because I am moving out of the state. Would highly recommend!

Pawfect Day is a PERFECT service. When left with an empty nest over 10 years ago, our built in dog walkers were gone! I found Pawfect Day and they have never failed to exceed my expectations. Jacqueline runs a very organized service and is super responsive. The people who walked our late and beloved dog never missed a day, are were available, even on short notice. The staff are affectionate and compassionate animal lovers. They also now take on our two "grand-dogs" who come to visit once in a while, and we have even used their dog sitting service for special occasions.
