We absolutely LOVE Paw Spa! Black Female owned business is the cherry on top too! Gabriela usually does my dog and she is wonderful every time. This last time, Gabriela wasn’t available and Saoirse groomed my pup. She also did amazing. I get so many compliments when I’m out and about with my dog after she leaves here. And I love how gentle they are and how much they care for all of the dogs in there. Every time I come it’s such positive vibes and friendly energy. Taylor and I are so lucky to have found this place! It’s our forever place!

We have gone to paw spa for almost four years now and whether it’s a short cut for summer, a bath and brushing, or normal trim, they do an exceptional job. The owner and all of the staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and truly care about our dog. We wouldn’t trust anyone but the paw spa to take care of her!

This was so sad to find out that this business that I wanted to support in the community was poor in their service, both to my dog and me directly. My dog went to this location on Dec 21 for a full bath and cut. She is a poodle. I went to this establishment because I was told they were capable of grooming poodles. I noticed after this grooming appointment that she still had a lot of ear hair and wax. I reported this in my next appointment request and scheduled her for an appointment with the manager. She stated she will make sure her ears were done. On Jan 20, the manager stated yes there may be an issue with one ear. I know groomers do not handle ear issues, however, the manager did not say that she thought the ears were so bad that they could not perform the service, that she knew there

Maggie always looks amazing and comes home with a pep in her step from a great experience. It means a lot for an older dog with sensitivities to have a furever groomer we love and trust. 🙏🏽🐾💙

We are so pleased with the grooming service that Pet Spa provided to our son’s pup! Our son, who was in Japan, is returning home tonight, so we wanted his Finnish Spit to get groomed before his return . The Per Spa gave her the works - de-shedding, a nice warm bath, cleaned her ears, did her nails, and brushed her teeth. She now looks and smells lovely and is ready to see her “Dad” after a long absence. Great job - thank you Pet Spa!
