Paw Seasons

Used to be a great practice, now it’s all young drs. If your dog is bigger then a French bulldog and you don’t want your dog muzzled just bc the dr who is supposed to be a professional is visibly scared for no reason and doesn’t even know how to approach a dog properly. If you have a cat you should be fine, otherwise they need new seasoned vets w experience on not just toy breeds. Definitely not worth the inflated “north shore” pricing either.

I’m not one to leave a bad review because number one I work in customer service and secondly, I understand businesses do make mistakes and stuff happens...that being said I brought my puppy to get his first grooming here. I dropped him off at 8:30...I waited until 1pm and I called them since I hadn’t heard from them. The groomer Teresa proceeded to tell me they couldn’t do anything besides bathe and cut around his eyes because he was too “wiggly” and wouldn’t sit still...I’m not a groomer but I’m pretty sure most dogs especially puppies aren’t the easiest to groom, but I think more could’ve been done to assist in the cutting process and if not they should have called me at that moment, they did not(are you kidding me?) then they had the audacity to charge me $70 for a bath and bang cut.
