She is truly amazing with my dog — so gentle, patient, and caring. My pup gets pretty nervous around grooming, but she always takes the time to comfort him and make him feel safe. Not only did she give him the cutest haircut ever, but she also made sure to check his ears, teeth, and nails — it’s clear she genuinely cares about his well-being, not just how he looks. You can tell she loves what she does, and it shows in the way she treats both pets and their humans. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a groomer who truly goes above and beyond!

I’m extremely happy with the grooming services! My puppy looks absolutely amazing and was so well taken care of throughout the process. The groomer was gentle, professional, and clearly loves animals. I couldn’t be happier with the results my pup has never looked better! Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality grooming and great care in great neck!

Friendly staff and they did clean the teeth and ear pretty well. However the haircut was not what I expected…(p1 - after the cut; p2 - my dog usually looks like)

I’m so beyond happy to have discovered Paw Paw Pet Studio in Great Neck! My boy Truman is now a repeat customer because the level of professional care and thoroughness he receives when he goes for a grooming is unmatched. He comes out looking like a million bucks- bright white, fluffy soft, teeth gleaming, and smelling like a lavender field! Summer also takes the time to scrap the tartar of his teeth because she understands that importance of a dogs overall health. Very grateful for the gentle care Paw Paw Pet gave my big boy (he’s an 11.5 yr old Golden Doodle & 75 lbs). We’ll be back!
