This used to be our absolute favorite place for nearly 4 years. Then at the end of last year, I boarded my dog for a week. When I picked her up, her eye was crusted shut and clearly something was very wrong. I asked the staff and they weren't aware of any incidents, and it turned out my dog had a scratch/ puncture wound to her eye that occurred while she was boarded. The vet and specialist we went to both said it looked like a small sharp object. I understand accidents happen - but I tried to get in touch with the owners several times, and was never able to speak to a manager or the owner which is extremely disappointing. It was like they had no care that an incident occurred in their care. My dog has had to see eye specialists because of this, and now has a large permanent scar on her

I think this is my first google review, after picking up my pup yesterday, I just felt compelled to compliment the kind folks who took care of my new girl. I have been a customer for over 10 years, but haven’t been since losing my previous dog. My new puppy finally had her last round of shots and her energy was a little too much to handle daily, so I thought I would re-visit day care. I’ll post pics of her third day - the staff introduced her to the pack, gave me feedback on how she is doing, and generally just have been awesome. One staff member remembered me from my previous dog and asked about him (by name) when I told him that my last dog had died he genuinely teared up (then I did.) These folks genuinely care about dogs. My dog stayed with them for 2 weeks while I went out of the country and he had the time of his life. I was so nervous about leaving him alone that long but this place was amazing. Highly recommend!

WE LOVE PAW PALS!!! Lucky enough to take our 2nd generation of kids to this incredible place!! Staff is amazing and my baby absolutely LOVES to come see her dog friends probably as much as the staff!! Worth every penny for a tired doggie!!

We boarded our precious moo moo for a whole week while we were gone to Arizona. They took great care of her and let me call every day to check on her! The staff really care about what they do and it shows! I would recommend paw pals for boarding or daycare! Your baby will not be locked in a cage all day, and you don't have to pay extra for walks or play time! It's a great price for all you receive! And your baby will have the best time playing all day and making friends!
