I have three labs that are therapy dogs at my dental office, but of course outside of work they are always getting into something. This past Saturday night, I let my seven year-old, Ashby, outside and upon her retrieval notice blood on the floor. Not a true emergency, but she had broken her front right toenail off all the way at the base of the fur. The ladies at the Front Desk, Lindsey the triage nurse, the vet tech, and Dr. Basil were all very sweet and helpful! While we were waiting, I stepped outside and happened to be at the right place at the right time to help a patient who’s golden retriever had bitten their albuterol inhaler and was having cardiac issues and unable to walk. Although I came to this clinic during one of the hardest times imaginable, I was met with incredible compassion and care. Partner Vet's team was gentle, accommodating, and truly supportive, and the thoughtful card they sent afterward touched my heart deeply. They were very helpful even after my loss. I will always be grateful for their kindness.

In November of 2024, I brought my 10 month old baby boy here at 3am because he had trouble breathing and he was very fatigued. The young girl who had the cat tattoo was the only redeeming quality about this cold place. After waiting for almost 2 hours in a room while they had my boy in the back, the vet/doctor came in and told us the best decision would be to put him down. She should us and compared x-rays/imaging of excess fluid around the lungs between my cat and a “healthy” cat, and after much explaining basically told us that we should probably say goodbye and that she could bring him in for that to take place. Her demeanor during this entire interaction was incredibly blissful and overly positive…to the point where when she first entered the room we thought we were going to hear good

Our K-9, Koda, was treated here for an extreme case of constipation with nearly two pounds of impaction removed and I can’t say enough good things about this team. From the moment we walked in, everyone at Partner Veterinary was compassionate, patient, and genuinely caring. Caring to the point Dr. O’Connell drove her POV to Wegmans to pick up a medicine at 830pm when they close at 9pm, paid with her own money, all so my Koda could get the medicine in his system faster than a 12 hour wait. They kept an honest and transparent line of communication the entire time, explaining every step of Koda’s treatment and recovery. The front desk staff, techs, and veterinarians were all incredible! Brought my french bulldog in at 6am on Thanksgiving with bloody vomit and bloody diarrhea. They are so wonderful. As a former 23 year employee at Town and Country Veterinary Clinic, I was extremely impressed with their quality of care, personal care and compassion for the family and pet. We got updates as Lily was hospitalized overnight directly from the doctor. I cant say enough about them. The only down side for our family is that they are so far away. But, in the event that we need emergency care in the future, we will definitely use Partner....Thank you so much for all your help!
