Park Centre Animal Hospital

Veterinarians and staff at Park Centre Animal Hospital are all very helpful, informative and efficient. I have adopted and fostered many dogs and this vet practice is one of the best I've worked with. The vets have a fabulous bedside manner - for this dog parent, of course! :)

We have been bringing our dog to this vet clinic for almost 13 years. In the beginning, the care was great, but in the past two years or so, things have gone downhill. The staff can be rude, indifferent, and sometimes unaccountable. At the front desk, phone calls rarely get answered in real time. I’ve never had this experience with another clinic - if they can’t answer, most will at least acknowledge you and put you hold. One time I even had to come in person because no one answered the phone, despite being on hold the whole time. When I walked in, there were no other patients in the lobby, so it’s unclear why calls aren’t answered. Again, there is a pattern of not answering the phone. I also have always found it odd and somewhat off putting that the front counter displays a sign suggest

I love this vet. It's so nice having such a modern yet warm and kind place to take my pets which are deeply important to me. I have always had a 10/10 experience with the front desk, techs and vets themselves. It's easy to find, has good parking and great service.

We just had our first vet appointment and I just realized afterwards that we spent 2 hours instead of 1 at our appointment! As a first time cat owner I had a million questions and didn’t feel rushed at all! I love the kindness they treated me and my fur babies with. Very highly recommend!!

I cannot say enough good things about this Park Centre Animal Hospital. I especially want to thank Dr. Rabbi and all of the staff for their professionalism, honesty, and support of my two dogs over the past 15 years. They never made me feel like they were just selling me services that weren't needed and I really appreciate that.
