Went to look for my lost dog Velcro. She was not in there care but the lady who showed me all the small dogs was very helpful in telling me where to search next

It’s hard to write this because I’m a huge fan of the mission here, but the front desk interaction was shocking. I’ve rarely encountered such a lack of courtesy. I hope management addresses this so the service matches the high quality of the organization's goals.

Everybody was friendly and very courtesy, if you are aware of this, the third Sunday of each month there is a Vaccine Clinic from 9:00 A.M.until 12 Noon, first come first served, so may I suggest you arrive early, also if you are a little short of pet food for your darling Kitty-Kat or your Dashing Canine on the Second Saturday of each month from 9:30 A.M. until 12 Noon, also I know that if you can foster a Canine or Feline, I'm sure that you would find a world of giving.

I had a wonderful experience being helped today with a stray cat. Front desk staff were able to help me get me and the found kitty necessary assistance even though they were stretched to capacity. During my short wait there, I watched them intake several animals, set up new fosters, field phone calls, all while speaking to people with complete compassion and understanding. Open intake shelter work is such an under appreciated field. Thank you all for giving me and my new foster kitty outstanding care and peace of mind!
