I came here for Miklo’s 3rd birthday, and he loved it! The staff picked out a koala toy, and since then he’s been trying to destroy it while playing with it nonstop. Thank you for making his 3rd birthday so memorable! You guys are amazing!

Love this place! I shop for cat food and treats and they always have a variety of both that my kitty loves. I definitely recommend to all pet parents and grand parents!oh parking can be a bit tricky, but there's parking on the back street parrell to Park St.

I have a very difficult dog that’s been turned away by two groomers. Raven has always been able to groom her so well with little to no issues at all. Also the staff go above and beyond when it comes to knowledge about the products they sell. They even went out of their way to special order a specific dog food that’s becoming a little difficult to find these days!

Never patronize the store. The people who own it are cruel. This is what happened to us.Our beloved 17-year-old kitty, Tucker, died last summer. Since then, my husband and I have been mourning his loss. We have finally decided that we are ready to welcome a new kitty into our lives. When we saw that the store had posted an announcement that they had a nine week old kitten available for adoption, we immediately called them. They told us that the kitten was available and that no one else had expressed an interest in adopting him. We made arrangements to come by the following afternoon to take him home. I left the store both my name and telephone number. We went out that night and bought kitty toys, food and a new sandbox. We forwarded the picture that had been posted of him online

I was in search of a groomer for my puppy and I love this place the shop is warm inviting and the staff are kind and easy to talk to. Raven groomed my puppy 2x so far and I have been so thankful I found her! She is gentle kind and my puppy loves her. Raven does an awesome job and I have already recommended to friends who have asked. If you are looking for a groomer I would highly recommend! Before and after photos
