This place need to shut down, all the pet there have bad bacteria and worms ،we did report them to the city and please any one want to report them please call 311 , feel sorry for this poor animal they deserve better

Absolutely great service! They were extremely helpful and answered any questions. I highly recommend as we drove over 2 hours to buy a parrot.

Went in for some supplies, but quickly left and did not buy anything. Birds look sick and are overcrowded. Aquariums have no filters and the water is cloudy and fish are lethargic. Reptiles are not in proper enclosures: no UVB, no humidity regulation, stuck sheds on multiple animals. Smells like mildew and stale air. Reported to the city.

I came here for two budgies and they gave me such sweet kind birds and they were very easily trained. I found my forever buddies💞

I purchased a snake in took her to the vet because I seen small bugs crawling on her which was crazy because she is the only pet in first reptile boa snake. So I put her in her new enclosure in begin to monitor her re cleaning the tank before use in everything. Than I noticed she would soak in her bowl of water in read up on it they said they do this to drown what I now know is mites. Mites are the worst if In contact with human it would give them a skin disease called scabies. But it also irritates the animal like reptile fleas which I know came from this pet shop. I have evidence pictures and videos with the vet bill. I have contacted the shop when I call the lady who does not speak English keep answering. So no one there to that speak to which is Ludicrous I don’t know if I should get m
