Pampered Pet Grooming

She was very friendly, however in the Uber on the way there, I noticed some dirt on my dogs fur and a smell. She told me it'll be an hour, so I went and got my nails done right down the block. I picked up my dog afterwards and all was fine. Nails were cut, I was happy. I paid and tipped. Then on the way home in the Uber, I noticed that same dirt was still in her fur in the same spot and that smell was still there. I'm a very unsatisfied customer. I will not be returning

I rescued Loomis, my chunky black cat, about a year ago. He was a bit difficult to brush, but was decently clean, but no matter how often he was brushed out, he would NOT stop shedding! The excessive shedding escalated to little dreads and a couple mats in some tender areas. I heard through a friend that Sam worked well with cats so I called on a Sunday to see if I could snag an appointment ASAP! Sam called me back the next day and got me in a cancellation spot same day! She did a bath, a spot shave, and clipped his nails all under an hour! As far as I know it was his first time seeing a groomer and Sam really treated my boy so well! So glad they could squeeze him in and get him clean and comfortable <3

I've been taking my dogs here for well over 15 years. They are great at grooming my dogs and so kind. They are quick and the prices are reasonable. Dena and Sally are the best. ❤️

Place gave my two dogs fleas. Makes me regret coming here over a chain grooming salon. I’ve never had this issue anywhere else. My poor dogs are so irritated and upset with the itching. Nice haircuts but unfortunately, not very sanitary it seems. Extremely upset.

I had an emergency situation pulling a dog from the Humane society today. She was in rough shape but not only did they fit me in to use the bathing station but they helped me be able to shave off the dreadlocks that had developed so badly. I can’t recommend them enough the help they provided and extra service was greatly appreciated.
