Karen was the absolute best! She created a space so welcoming and inviting for our dog I couldn’t be happier!! Seeing Tormund just have FUN; exploring the store, smelling the space, getting love from staff! It truly was an experience we will never forget and will be back to enjoy again 10/10 🐾 We also found the 1st jacket to fit him perfectly since he was a puppy and the cutest collar for Halloween 🎃

Drake is a Pampered Pet! We love their selection of treats, foods, accessories, and biscuits. Owner Karen is the sweetest and works really hard to make it a great place for all pets. While dogs are the primary target audience, there's quite a selection of good cat toys. Many thanks to PPB&B for supplying the bags at West Grove Dog Park.

We love shopping at Pampered Pet for Mia. Karen and her staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. Their customer service is impeccable. Mia is very picky when it comes to treats, however, she loves their cookies and snacks. It’s reassuring to be able to ask about ingredients and know exactly what your pet is getting. If you are looking for a safe, organic chew, I highly recommend their yak chews. Mia loves them. Pampered Pet has a wide variety of products. We bought a couple of toys for her as well. She loves her new squirrel. So nice to have a great local pet store close by. Check them out.

This is literally the BEST pet store around! The owner, Karen, is knowledgeable, amazing, and absolutely fabulous. The store has a beautiful selection of products for your favorite pupper, and a lovely selection for all the kitties too! The store is massive, the staff is friendly, and your doggo is gonna LOVE it!! 10000000/10 recommend; the only store you and your pet will ever need. My husband and I bring our puppy Arwen there whenever we need anything, and often just to hang out with Karen!
