Called as a back up to get my dude groomed for Christmas pictures because our normal lady was booked up . Told her the situation she agreed to groom him. Then she canceled the day of and left us hanging. According to other reviews this isn’t something new and she does this quite often. And after seeing all the negative reviews I’ll probably not be using her at all , seems we dodged a bullet. Mrs. Tamara at Doggy styles westlake is wonderful give her a try instead . Elizabeth, when she keeps the appointments for our little dog does a good job. However this is the 2nd week in a row that she has canceled. And Elizabeth has canceled our appointments probably on the average of half the time we've made appointments. I love her work but because she is not dependable I have to seek another groomer. I don't trust her to keep appointments so making them will only cause unhappiness on my part. Which means she loses money and I have to find someone else. .

It was ok. We are not from the area so this was our first time coming in for a groom. I got her what i thought would have been the full spa package. Sophia was not her normal self after picking her up. She was extremely clingy and whinning, which she never does. Her nails still seamed like they needed filing and her breath smelled like they didnt brush her teeth. I will be more mindful of the next groomer i take her to if we are not home. I recently moved to the area and finding a groomer for my furry baby was a little nerve racking. I tried Pampered Paws for the first time and LOVED the service. Elizabeth goes above and beyond to welcome you and your little one. I highly recommend her to anyone that wants their baby treated as they treat them. I was extremely satisfied with her work.
