Taylor and her staff are amazing. We don’t board our dogs often and having access to daily videos put our minds at ease. Even better than that, when I did not see them on video footage clips and asked about them, Taylor was able to provide feedback on the temperament and behavior of our dogs, along with supplemental videos. I appreciate BBB’s kindness, standards and patience.

BBB was the best decision we ever made! I was nervous to send my 2 dogs to daycare since moving home to LC, and the staff at BBB couldn’t have made the process easier :) They are extremely responsive and helpful with any concerns, and the pics/updates are amazing! The facility, the staff, the care and passion for dogs, everything about this place exceeded my expectations! My dogs are always exhausted when they get home and I love that they get to spend all day outside. 10/10 experience and my dogs loveeeee going to daycare!

I have been sending my dog Rosalie to Black Bayou Boarding for over a year now. Taylor and her team love all dogs just like they are theirs. I love how BBB offers a wide range of services and my dog loves her spa days. Rosalie loves her blueberry facials, bath, and grooming! She always looks absolutely beautiful every time I pick her up! She is extremely soft and smells amazing. I highly recommend BBB!

When my Marilyn Monroe goes to Black Bayou I know she is well taken care of & safe. I know she is enjoying herself because I see the proof in the pictures & videos of her playing. She comes home wore out. The one time I had to board her there was never a second thought that I’d only trust her staying with Taylor at Black Bayou!

My lab, Saint loves this place! I feel no guilt when leaving him for vacation because he has so much fun playing with the other dogs! Taylor is great with all the dogs and also has a great staff to help her! The place is very clean and I love they snapchat the dogs during the day so you can see how much fun they are having! They also take pics of them for holidays which is so fun!
