I sadly had to put my sweet Miley (chihuahua/poodle) down this a.m. the compassion from ALL the employees made me feel surrounded by family. My sweet girl was 12 years old, this was very difficult for me and my wife, but the way these people made us feel that my baby was safe and cared for and not just a "job" meant more than i can find words for, they hugged me and I even saw a few of them with tears myself. Highly recommend this animal loving place. Im forever greatful for the love they gave my baby before she crossed the rainbow bridge. Thank you so very much.

Staff is always warm and friendly. Professional. They treat us and our furr babies like family from simple needs of refilling meds to complex care. Dr Curtis truly cares about all the paws she sees.

Dr. Curtis and her staff and so compassionate and patient. She has taken the best care of all of our fur babies! She has always found ways to make sure my pets are taken care of even when she has a lot on her plate! We love Palmetto and staff ❤️

We went to other vets who failed our kitty. Just couldn't think outside the box. Decent vets. But we weren't convinced that the vet was truly committed to saving our little girl. To little too late, we visited Dr. Tonya. Everyone there was wonderful. We're in the medical field, and the Dr spoke to us using the parlance of that enterprise, with respect and camaraderie among piers. Kitty died that day, suffocating. Dripping fluid from her nose. Good times. I'll take such issues up with God when I meet him, on behalf of the forgotten little creatures. He, or she, will get an earful, trust me. But in the meantime, I am forever grateful for the folks at Palmetto. They gave her best shot. And they didn't use our grief to rip us off. And that's all anyone could hope for.

I brought my 17-year-old cat Superfreak in who had severe cancer in one paw. I was told to either amputate or euthanize. Dr Curtis took the time to sit down and talk to me and give me all the options. They did about any test I asked for to eliminate euthanization. I decided to amputate. I could have done this closer to home but the warmness and the kindness of this facility is unbelievable. She truly cares about the animals here. And her nurse tech Sonia was fantastic too. She was the one keeping me calm and advising me that my emotions are reaching out to my cat because they know when you're scared or hurting. The staff there are so incredibly sweet and the pricing really wasn't that bad for what had to be done. I would highly recommend this place any day to anyone they definitely have m
