I’ve been bringing my three dogs here for years. They have the kindest and most accommodating staff. Dr. Choi is the best; he’s a dog whisperer to my three pups. They love him. He has such a calm presence and a gentle loving touch with my pups which automatically makes them feel at ease. I’ve never felt like I was upsold on something and their services are very thorough and thoughtfully done. 10/10 for customer service. 100/10 for their kindness and loving hearts. 💕

The reviews that mention this office being careless and wanting to make the most money are spot on. I’m not sure how they have good reviews. Took my two dogs in for a new client visit and they wanted to charge around $1500 altogether including multiple vaccines that both dogs already had, and that I had sent records of. They did a urine culture on one dog, and when we left, she was soaking wet with urine. I’m not even sure what they did with my other but he was completely loopy and out of it for the rest of the evening. The vet is not responsive and when anyone does respond messages seem rote as if they’ve cut and paste. They sent an invoice for another clients dog, at one point. I genuinely regret putting my dogs through the experience of going here.

They made it very easy to just pick up my cat’s meds without having to bring him in just based on the description of his tapeworm and explained patiently how to give him his pill 😻

I've taken my two Polish rabbits (Momo & Mochi) , my netherland dwarf rabbit Duncan, and my chinchilla Taro to see Dr. Hurlbut at this hospital. My rabbits came here often for annual check ups, and nail trims. My chinchilla was very ill one day so Dr. Hurlbut prescribed me the meds to get her well again. He called me to update me about Taro's treatment and he even asked a friend of his who is also an exotics specialist for a second opinion on Taro's treatment as well. Thank you Dr. Hurlbut for treating all my pets and being their doctor. Unfortunately, I can no longer take my pets to see Dr. Hurlbut since I moved across country. But for any future customers that have exotic pets, I would highly recommend you to see Dr. Hurlbut because he's honest and doesn't overcharge for any unnecessary
