I absolutely love Pacific Pet Resort and Specialty Dog Training.... everyone there is wonderful with our babies, and I have some difficult dogs. They are patient and understanding. I left my border collie heeler mix with them for boot camp training and everything was awesome. My Corgi loves to stay and they give him so much attention. This is the only place I trust with my babies for boarding and training.

I have taken my dog here in the past and we needed to drop him off for the day. I had my wife call in ahead of time. They said that we just needed an updated shot record for our boy. No problem. She emailed it to them. They also had record of him being there when she called cause he has been there previously quite a bit. When I get there, immediately the girl who was working there had what I would call an attitude. She asked for his updated records which I knew they probably would need so I had it ready on my phone email because they probably hadn't checked their email, and no offense but the girl working the front looked like she wouldn't know what a power button would look like, much less be able to work an email inbox. After giving over my phone, showing her the slip that showed the upd

I boarded my 2 dogs at Oceanside Pet hotel recently. I was so happy that when the dogs were brought out to me they were happy and excited. Other places I have attempted to leave my dogs they were not so happy. I called throughout my vacation to make sure the dogs were doing okay and every time I called I got a great report. The staff loved my dogs. I was a new customer and received a discount for both dogs to board which was great. There was some miscommunication but the manager took care of the issue without batting an eye. The service was great and the staff was very helpful and caring. When I toured the facility it was very clean and safe. The staff listened closely to my requests for my dogs stay. I would definitely recommend the Oceanside Pet hotel for anyone who needs to board their

Our bullmastiff was at another place but for some reason it just didn't work out and thank goodness I found this place. Immediately took our dog here and she loves it. They take all breeds and they understand big dogs, they train them and love on them and when my dog gets home she is exhausted and she loves that place as well, staff is wonderful and they make you feel like your family and treat your dog like they're their own!!! So grateful to all the staff at Pacific Pet Resort!!!! Annie loves this place!!!!!!

My dogs were there for boot camp originally. They were trained by Perry and he did a great job. My concerns were they were exhausted and had lost several pounds. I understood the exhaustion. They worked with them diligently to get them where they needed to be in the time we agreed on. We were informed on a regular basis of their progress and health. At the end of June they were boarded a week with follow up training. No follow up info was given like before and they lost the weight they had gained. We picked up our dogs and one was sluggish and "coughing". We took him to the vet, he had kennel cough, beginnings of pneumonia, and fecal toxemia. My vet said it was due to the kennel not thoroughly being cleaned. After speaking to Nikki, the manager, she told me they would do a thorough cleani
