Oviedo Veterinary Care and Emergency

I brought my cat here recently because it was less expensive than the VEC by my house, the staff was very kind. Unfortunately, my baby Maxwell had to be euthanized but the team that was handling this was very kind and accommodating. They let my family come up to be with me, they didn’t rush me or pressure me to do anything I wasn’t ready for. I wish I could remember the names of who I interacted with, but in my emotional state, I honestly couldn’t focus on that. They moved us to a quiet room and told us to take as much time as we needed to say goodbye. Once he passed, the nurse that took him was still loving on him and calling him “handsome” and just handling him with great care. It was definitely a comfort in this tragic time. They explained everything in detail and walked me through it,

Oviedo Care & ER took AMAZING care of our little furbaby, Lil Puddin!! Would highly recommend Dr Caja!! She listened to our concerns, she gave us the 'why' shes doing things, which is what we love!! Communication goes a long way and "why" they are doing things helps to ease a stressful situation and furbaby parent thats on the edge. Folks are not bringing their furbabies to the vet because its a fun time, its usually a highly stressed emergency for everyone. The staff understand customer service and gave high quality treatment. Shout out to the staff & Robin (front desk) - Robin was AWESOME!!! She made sure we were billed correctly, helped us understand charges, and got us the details of our last visit sent to us. I had an emergency with my dog and brought him to Oviedo Emergency Pet Care, and I cannot thank the team enough for their kindness and professionalism. Dr. Caja, Tech Devin, Tech Creshawn and Tech Robin were all incredible from start to finish. They moved quickly, explained everything in a calm and reassuring way, and treated my dog with so much gentleness. Even in a stressful situation, the entire staff made me feel supported and informed. I left feeling confident in the care my pet received. I’m truly grateful for the compassion they showed us during such a scary moment. Thank you all for everything you do.

I will be eternally grateful for the care and treatment we recieved here. The entire staff was amazing through our emergency. My dog required emergency exploratory surgery to save his life. He had ingested peices of a foreign object that were lodged in several places. His surgeon, Dr. Haley Jones, did a fantastic job resecting everything. The post op medications kept him comfortable and infection free. I am so very thankful for all of their care and support! Highly recommend their services!

My poor dog had an allergic reaction to a vaccine administered at her primary vet at around midnight. I raced over to the emergency vet and all the staff was so kind, courteous and attentive. They made sure she was all taken care of and than I was comfortable while waiting. Thank you for all the help
