Overwatch Animal Hospital

I have never been to this animal hospital before. We had an emergency come up with our ferret on a Saturday. After calling several other animal clinics, we tried overwatch. They were able to fit my baby in last minute on a Saturday. The entire staff were so kind and understanding. The vet and the tech were very knowledgeable and helpful. The staff seemed to truly care for animals. Also, they were reasonably priced compared to our previous exotic vet. I will be returning for all our ferret care in the future.

Best vet in Clarksville! They’re really good with our 2 senior boys. Very helpful in ensuring our guys have the best care for all the senior issues that can pop up. We did acupuncture and cold laser therapy with our big guy for pain management for his back and legs which really helped if you’re looking for a non-pharmaceutical alternative :)

Brooke and Dr Crystal were both PHENOMENAL!!! We took our American Bully in due to an emergency situation and they took really good care of my fur baby! Their prices are also reasonable! This is by far my favorite vet in town!! I won’t take my fur baby anywhere else now. He is now doing so much better! I’m so glad I found this hospital. They worked him in immediately! Definitely recommend Overwatch Animal Hospital!!

While the initial visit was nice, and the vets were seemingly pleasant and open with what they thought would be ideal for my cat, its been nearly 2 weeks without any results from blood tests or stool tests. Come to find out later, the reason she stopped eating (which was the reason I brought her in) was because getting access to the bedrooms became higher reward over eating, so I ended up reblocking them and shes back to begging for more food and eating normal again. Not sure how long pet blood results are supposed to take, but my own blood tests came back within 3 hours same day. So atm, I feel like I paid near 400 for something that was a behavioral thing, not medical. (Of course tbd should I recieve those results, but i feel scammed. I feel like if im going to pay for them to cover all

Highly recommend Overwatch!!! We have taken all our animals here since we relocated and they have been the absolute best! They care so much about each and every one of our animals. We recently had an emergency with our dog, Armani, after she sustained a wound from a stick in her mouth. I was impressed by how quickly they took her in for treatment. The entire staff was incredibly caring and attentive, and they followed up with me for several days to check on her recovery, which really showed their commitment to their patients. The lady who answers the calls is always so helpful and sweet (I believe her name is Lori). She made the whole experience much easier during a stressful time.
