I don’t review much but these guys deserve it. Hands down the BEST flooring company. The owner of the company that I work for uses this company for all of his flooring needs. I since have used them for any flooring I want done. They are never late! Never cancelling! All of the staff and skilled laborers ALWAYS do a great job!!!! Sam (the guy they send out for measurements prior to install) is a AWESOME guy! If you’re like me (TOO busy with NO time to spare) then you’ll appreciate that guy. If you set up a time for 8am you better know Sam is at your doorstep getting ready to knock at 7:59am in a good mood. I look forward to continuing to work with Andrew’s. Thanks again.

We recently had our home renovated and needed carpet for the two upstairs bedrooms and checked out a place in Nashville which came back with a pretty hefty quote. I saw all the good reviews on Androw’s so I decided to check them out and we are so glad we did! Great pricing and great customer service! Worked with Heather and she was so helpful and delightful! Mary, the owner also helped me and was so nice and assuring! The installers came and did a great job and were done in 5 hours. They also vacuumed very good and cleaned up the mess made while installing. I highly recommend Androw’s! I will only use them for now on for flooring needs!

Andrew's Flooring did an outstanding job installing both carpet and laminate flooring throughout our home. We knew going in that finding hardwood flooring to match our existing floors was going to be difficult. Heather and the rest of the team in the shop took the time to walk us through all our hardwood, laminate and carpet options in the end sending us home with samples so that we can make the best choice for our home. The installers were professional and treated our home as they would their own. They moved all of our furniture and cleaned up the entire area diligently. We are highly satisfied with the way the job came out and the team at Andrew's Flooring. I even started recommending them before the job was done and will continue to do so. I hired Androws Flooring to install new carpet on the entire upstairs and luxury vinyl plank in the downstairs. They did a fantastic job and completed the job in one day! I will use this company again!

Urgent Need for Warranty Service Follow-Up: I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the current level of customer service and warranty follow-up from Androws Flooring. We are attempting to initiate a service request under our product warranty for three specific floor tiles that have developed noticeable flaws over time. Our primary concern is the complete lack of communication regarding this claim. Specifically, during a recent in-store visit, we spoke directly with Alexa who assured us a call would be returned to address our questions.
