We absolutely love Dr. Bill Pollard, he has been fantastic from our small house animals to our livestock, we love how he doesn’t rush to leave will sit and talk with you answer anything you need listen to you about your animals doesn’t brush you off like you don’t know anything he also teaches you and talks through everything he will be our vet from now on. Our momma cow was having issues we called and He came so fast got right to work talking to us about it all delivered our new heifer and did fantastic we couldn’t be more grateful for him. I was able to get an appointment within a day! They were also able to get him scheduled to be neutered and his absess cleaned out within a few days of being seen. Prices are really good for the procedures our cat had. They are very friendly and I was seen promptly by the veterinarian. I felt no judgement from any staff or the doctor or pressure to do anything. Overall, this is a great place and a great location.

I am very pleased with this clinic. The price for a visit is reasonable, the staff is excellent, and Dr Pollard took his time and discussed the options for my senior pet.

The other day, I visited this veterinarian. Bill and I have been friends for a very long time. When he opened Animal House in the 1990s, we used him. We continued going to Animal House after he left because of Dr. Holt. And I'm delighted he launched a new veterinary clinic. I'm happy to have him as my veterinarian. Well back, Bill.

When reviewing this place, I feel like there should be a higher option than five stars. Until the foreseeable future, all of my animals will be seen here and I will refer all friends and family to bring theirs here as well. We experienced a very unfortunate life situation with one of our animals, and the staff made this an unforgettable experience given the situation. Everyone got involved. Everyone was part of the process, and I feel as if they legitimately took this in their personal interest. Their level of care is out of this world.
