Dr. Jacobsen and the care team at Oswego Animal Hospital took perfect care of my 2 dogs on our last visit. We were checked in quickly and our wait wasn’t long. The exam rooms look and smell clean and have a nice bench to have a seat. Thanks again care team at Oswego Animal Hospital!

The entire staff here truly cares about all the animals that come through their door. Very happy with their service for my two Doberman boys, particularly with Dr Hall and Dr Smith! Usually my dogs get anxious when we pull up to the vet, but they are always in a good mood when they can sniff that we’re nearby!

I am very disappointed with my experience at Oswego Animal Hospital’s grooming service. Kristen did not groom my dog properly, and when I tried to speak with her about possible solutions, she was dismissive and walked away while I was still trying to talk. It felt very unprofessional and rude. I was also told that a manager would call me to follow up, but I never received a call. Because the grooming was not done correctly, I now have to take my dog somewhere else to have the work fixed, which is frustrating and an added expense. I expect better communication and customer service, especially when it comes to the care of pets. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not recommend bringing your pets here for grooming.

Took my cat in for a dental knowing teeth were going to be extracted. They did a wonderful job and made me feel really comfortable about the surgery. I ended up paying a lower amount than what they quoted me for!! That was a pleasant surprise. It’s been 24 hours since my cats surgery and she’s already feeling better, still a little groggy but that was to be expected. Thank you Oswego Animal Hospital! Great experience with person at check in/check out, awesome vet tech that met me before and after my cats surgery and kudos to the surgery staff for taking care of my girl ♥️

I have been bringing my cats here since moving to Oswego. Every doctor has been fabulous, caring and knowledgeable. From surgeries to check-ups, I've never had a bad experience. Appointments are very easy to make over the phone and prescriptions are always managed in a professional way. Thanks to Oswego Animal Hospital for always being there for our pets!
