Animal Care Hospital had been treating our dog, Cash, his whole life. He outlived his life span by three years and we had to make the tough decision to say goodbye last month. From the moment you walk through the doors, you can feel that this is a place that truly cares — not just about pets, but about the families who love them. Dr. Choi is absolutely exceptional. His knowledge, professionalism, and genuine compassion set him apart in every way. If I could give this place zero starts I would! Dr.Choi has seen my guinea pigs for years and always forgets us everytime we come in. I also don’t think her or her staff has much Guinea pig knowledge she couldn’t get a temp without hurting my guinea pig my concern was her ears and nose and she was yanking open her mouth they were not handling her correctly and supporting her spine and I heard very painful screaming from my guinea pig the hen they took her to the other room. Also I had called for an estimate and my exam was supposed to be $50 and medication was $50-$60 well when they checked me out they decided to add 20 extra dollars and when I asked to be given the price I was told it was a very big deal and one of the workers went around the corner and loudly made a statement saying “you

Have been going to Dr Choi for about 16 years since she opened her practice. She and her staff are wonderful!! Dr Choi spends time with parents explaining condition of your pet, options if there is a health problem, and provides personalized, compassionate care. She isn’t rushed. Will definitely continue for her to be my babies’ vet.
