This office charged me 85.00 and made me wait 3 hours in an exam room with my sick dog that had a severe infection and fever for the Dr to refuse services for my dog. I reached out to another Vet while in the exam room of this establishment to schedule a visit for my dog to be seen. I took a few gauzes to clean up my dogs blood as the Dr. did absolutely nothing and did not care to clean up the infected area. It is apparent that this establishment has cameras in the exam rooms as the Dr from this office called the Vet I was headed to, to inform them that I was using a fraudulent card and “stole supplies from the room” per the surveillance. I'm driving 4 hours to have him do my dogs blood work and dental cleaning 4 hours and that's because he is the most trustworthy, professional knowledgeable vet in all of Florida! Unfortunately, the front desk staff is in serious need of better training, particularly in customer service, professionalism, and sensitivity toward pet parents. As pet owners, we pay for our babies to receive compassionate, high-quality care—especially in emergency situations. However, that was not the experience we received. The facility charges your credit card separately for every transaction (appointments, care, medications, tests, etc.), which should be clearly communicated and handled in a more professional and considerate manner. THEY SAVED MY BABY GIRL! ❤️ My baby was feeling very sick. It was a SUNDAY! and I took her to this emergency room. They took her really fast, I had to wait less than 30 min without an appointment and the staff was super nice. They said to me that they had to operate her from emergency because she had an uterus infection and it was critical. I left her for the operation and she stayed the night there for observation. The next day we had to pick her up and the nurses explained everything to me. They gave me her treatment, medications and all the suggestions for the good care of my girl. I even took her for after surgery control, and they were ALWAYS super nice and kind, they wanted the well-being of my dog. I’m not gonna lie, it was not cheap.
