Orchard Park Pet Spa

I’ve used this place a few times now. The first time (during Covid), was great. They did an awesome job on my dog and were timely, and reasonable priced. Another time, I showed up for the appointment and nobody was there. I called and they told me they were on their way and I had to wait there for about 30 minutes before the groomer showed up. Then the appointment took around 5 hours instead of the two hours they estimated, but my dog looked great afterwards. And the third time, I showed up for my appointment and there was nobody there. I waited for fifteen minutes or so and then left. Nobody ever called me to reschedule, which was strange because I got an email appointment confirmation and everything. I have a very large dog reactive German Shepherd. I had never had him professionally groomed before. I was extremely pleased with the grooming that Ted had. He looks magnificent! I'm especially pleased in how they accommodated his special needs I would not hesitate in the least to visit the New Orchard Park Pet Spa in the future.

Orchard Park Pet Spa did an amazing job with our dog Maisy! She had never been to a professional groomer before and I was worried she might be stressed, but when I picked her up she seemed happy as could be! I can tell they treated her with the absolute best care during her appointment. Her groom also turned out great, she looks so pretty! We definitely will be back :)

Always been hesitant about taking my dog to get groomed always just did it myself but brought my 5 year old border collie/ Sheppard mix here recently and I was so happy I decided to bring him here. He smelled so good and they cut him way better than I ever have and the deshedding was so worth it. Clipped his nails and even gave him a bow tie before he left. Staff was super nice and prices are very reasonable I will for sure be bringing max back!

My dog Monty is a jerk. We were too afraid to take him in anywhere as he has bitten my wife and I while we've tried to groom him ourselves. However, due to it being winter (and being a maltese mix), Monty got matted pretty bad and we really needed to get those knots out and we just couldn't do it ourselves this time. We were completely straightforward and informed the Orchard Park Pet Spa that Monty was aggressive, yet they took him in with open arms! They were able to groom all of Monty's matts off and even gave him a bath afterward!! I am so thankful for them helping Monty (and letting us keep our sanity!)
