Official Pet Boutique

I am so happy with my experience at Official Pet Boutique! They did a wonderful job on my girls they came out looking and smelling better than ever. The shop is run by two ladies who are truly passionate about dog grooming and genuinely care about the well-being of dogs. I loved how gentle and friendly the staff were with my dogs, and I definitely look forward to bringing them back. The shop itself is beautiful inside, and you can see your dog being groomed as soon as you walk in. They also have a great selection of little scented goodies, pet clothes, accessories, and treats. I highly recommend them! Thank you so much for taking the time to get to know my girls and for making Daisy's first groom comfortable and relaxing.

Aminah is truly the best groomer in the whole Milwaukee area! I drive 45 minutes just to take my baby here! She is always so sweet and professional. I highly recommend her business to anyone seeking a new groomer!! She always treats my big poodle baby like her own and he always comes back looking and smelling fantastic!!

Love this spot for my dog, Sophie. She needs regular grooming so I see the staff a lot. They are always friendly and clearly love dogs! They do a great job with her cut and she always comes back looking adorable!

One of the staff members appeared to be in a bad mood during our visit. While I fully understand that my dog did have an accident, I had taken him for an hour-long walk beforehand, but unfortunately, he did not relieve himself during that time. Additionally, my dog can be sensitive when people touch his collar and may attempt to nip, which I realize is a serious concern. I genuinely feel bad for the staff and understand the difficulty this may have caused. However, the overall tone and lack of patience from one of the staff members made the experience uncomfortable. It was clear that my presence—and my dog’s—was not welcomed. Dogs can often sense people’s energy and emotions, and I believe that contributed to the situation. I’ve decided not to return and will look for a grooming service

Aminah is ALWAYS there for our family. She is a TRUE dedicated groomer, who has a passion for any 4 legged friend. I HIGHLY suggest bringing your pup.or like us we bring the whole family in. 1000/1000 customer service is always on point. I’ve never been disappointed. 😊 Plus she sells doggie treats. And some smell goods for the puppies.
