Our dog Penny just finished the four-week board and train with Shawna, and we’re honestly so impressed. Shawna was incredibly thorough from day one, always explaining what she was working on and keeping us updated. Halfway through, she invited us to come see Penny’s progress and even practice some of the skills ourselves, which was super helpful. She also shared frequent videos, and it was clear Penny was having a great time, so many tail wags! The training facility is spotless, and Shawna consistently checked in about our specific concerns and made sure we understood each command Penny was learning. Before pickup, she sent a super detailed exit email that broke everything down clearly, and the daily schedule she created for us has made it easy to fit training into our work routines. Penn

Shawna has done excellent work with my personal dogs when I was on vacation. I have four working line Shepherds that I can’t just leave with anyone. She did great with all four and I think a couple might have wanted to stay. Thank you Shawna for being an expert and honing your craft, it’s much appreciated.

We absolutely love Off the Grid Grooming! Shawna always does such an amazing job with both of our Yorkies. She listens to what I want and most importantly she loves our dogs. She treats them as she would one of her own which makes me feel safe leaving them with her. She has been gentle with our special needs boy and has always gone above and beyond to make sure he gets the specific care he needs. When we first moved here it was hard to find someone who not only knew how to groom a Yorkie but who could do it so flawlessly…because I’m super picky. Shawna knows all the fun, trendy cuts for Yorkies and our boys always look like a million bucks! They have never once come home with any cuts or injuries of any kind which unfortunately has not been the case with other groomers we’ve been to. She

We highly recommend Off the Grid (Shawna) for your grooming and/training needs. She has worked on three of our dogs and I couldn't be happier with her. As of late she has been a pivotal figure in helping us train our 2 year old husky and 4 month old pomsky to coexist with eachother as it has been challenging at times. She provides great resources and takes the time to explain and come to your home and work with you and your pets.

Shawna is working with both of our dogs for different issues. I cannot express how impressed we are with her knowledge, experience and dedication! She is so kind and helpful and always does more than required. Her communication is excellent from the “report cards” from her enrichment classes to the follow up emails, links and videos for her private lessons. The facilities are really nice and Shawna always makes herself available for questions between sessions!
