Dr. Carrie and the staff were wonderful. We were squeezed in for an emergency visit and received very compassionate, loving care. It was a very tough day for us as our kitty Bob was diagnosed with diabetes. Everyone was very patient with my multiple questions. They were very gentle and compassionate with Bob. My family is glad to be working with this clinic as we navigate our way through treatment.

Called to get information/advice on an issue I was having with my dog. I didn't even get a chance to get a full sentence out before I was rudely interrupted by the receptionist to tell me they weren't accepting new clients and to "call around" if I wasn't already a client. Poor way to handle that situation even if someone isn't a client. When did helping someone become such a chore?

I am a first time puppy mom and so I brought my puppy, Lily, in 2 or 3 other times when nothing was wrong with her. The lady at the front desk spoke to me for 15 or 20 mins and did a lot of teaching. I really appreciated the time she spent with me when she could have just gotten on to the next task. Didn't catch her name but she was middle aged and had dark shoulder length hair. Thanks.

I always appreciate the prompt service and kind staff. We had our first child last year, and my kitty has been a bit frustrated with the change. They got her in, ran some tests, and helped get me set up with the appropriate medication. They've been my vet for years, and they will remain so!

Took my 2 labs and cat for shots, nail trim, etc. It was our first visit after moving to Tomahawk from southeast WI where I had gone to same vet for over 40 years. What a great experience. Everyone so friendly and treated the dogs and cat with such care. It was a positive experience and Vet Kerry and staff so great. Thank you Animal Health Care Center. You made this an easy transition.
