Northern Paws Animal Hospital

All the staff are great! The doctors and staff always take such great care of my animals, they take time to answer questions and concerns and they treat my fur babies with kindness and love. Much appreciated and very happy with the care we get!

Long but i really needed to get this off my chest. Terrible place, has no compassion. I needed urgent care Monday 10/20/25 for my dying pompoo Cloie. She was crying, whining, whimpering and couldn't get comfortable. I called northern paws and left a message for someone to please call me back asap, I was crying cloie was crying I'm absolutely sure they could hear her she was on my lap.(they never called me back). I was trying to locate their building but couldn't find it as it was dark 5:55 am. I was going to sit in the lot and wait for someone. Instead I went to animal health care on Stephen's St and waited for someone there. They put Cloie and I in very nice room when the vet got in she put my poor suffering baby to sleep. Now that my senior dog has developed diabetes, I am spending more time at the vet getting all his needs sorted out. Dr. Goodroad knows my furbaby well and is very attentive to details and always willing to walk me through procedures and alleviate my anxieties. Thank you again for your excellent care.

The staff even though they had 2 other emergencies 20 minutes before they closed on a Friday they still treated us with the same importance as the other emergencies! We have been with Northern Paws 🐾 Animal Hospital for going on 11 years and the Dr's and staff are awesome!!

I cannot say enough good things about Northern Paws. Clean, quiet, and well organized. The health and well-being of the animals comes first. The time needed is taken to bring the best outcome for the animal patients. All the staff are competent and caring. I am always sure that the best is being done for my fur baby!
