Oasis Dog Spa & Shoppe

I was really excited to bring my poodle here for grooming because the shop is super cute and I was interested in booking an appointment and shopping as well. Unfortunately, the experience was not welcoming at all. The employee/owner who greeted us was very cold and made it feel like an inconvenience that we walked in. I explained that I had called twice and no one answered, and I was told I “had to leave a voicemail,” but no effort was made to help us set up an appointment in person or give any information as new customers. We ended up leaving because the tone was rude and uninviting. Disappointing first impression.

Oasis Dog Spa offers the best dog grooming service in all of Berks County! I brought my cousins dog that I’ve been dog sitting for a trim and a spa treatment and I can’t believe how well they treated him! I picked him up and he was very relaxed, calm, and overall in a great mood the rest of the day! What surprised me about Oasis as well was the fact that they sold Weruva dog food, which I was looking for everywhere! This shows not only do they care about a great grooming experience, but also how healthy the dog is at home! I highly recommend Oasis Dog Spa & Shoppe for everything your pup needs!

I have nothing but good things to say about taking my pups to Oasis Dog Spa. We have been coming here since they opened their doors and have never had a bad experience. The owner is sweet to our boys, she is very thorough and pricing is very fair. The shoppe is decorated so cute and has lots of fun products to choose from. I recommend 10/10 taking your pets here....you will not be disappointed!
