Oaks Veterinary Urgent Care

It’s always scary to need an emergency vet but I love knowing my baby is in the best hands when I bring her here. Doctors Rachel & Carin are the best, they are brilliant and truly care about their work. Their staff is incredible as well and they charge reasonably for life-saving treatment. Highly recommend! (They also referred me to Healthy Paws pet insurance which I highly recommend as well for accessibility of emergency vet care!)

I came in last week with my two and a half year old pit bull.Sophie. She had hurt her back leg, and I suspected a break.Dr. Kohltfarber was the doctor in attendance, and he was wonderful..very thorough. We got x-rays, a full exam, a pain shot, AND medications. All of it came to only $700.00. They also provided plan options. Thank God for this place! Weekend walk-ins with an emergency, are usually several thousand dollars. The compassion, care and vetrinary skill of Oaks Vetrinary Urgent Care is unmatched. We've had many dogs and many situations, and we will always come back to this place. They provide everything for an emergency situation or even an urgent situation better than any other business we've used before. First time taking my pup here. As her original vet was closed. Took her here cause she needed stitches due to a cut that she got. The staff here were great with her! They also took us in immediately with no wait time what so ever. Definitely appreciated that!

Last night I had to take my cat to Oaks Vet Urgent care because he was in excruciating pain. The clinic is beautiful and spa-like. The vet tech, Carly, was kind and sweet and the vet, Dr. Karen, was extremely compassionate and down-to-earth. They did everything possible to manage and treat my cat’s pain, as well as my own worry and anxiety.

We have been here multiple times and have had only the best experiences ever. Doctors Carin and Rachel are both smart problem solvers, willing to research and find out the best form of treatment. Their staff is all really nice and gentle with our dogs. As a bonus, their pricing is more reasonable than the 24/7 hospitals in the area.
