I’ve been going to this clinic since they were at the other office and I can say it’s always a good experience. Only once did we have an issue and it happened to be on a day it was a “fill in” Dr. Rachel first of all is AMAZING. She runs around answering phones, doing check ins, and still keeps a smile everytime she’s doing it. Every time I come it’s super busy and the front always has a good energy to them. The Vet techs are also a good team, from what I see and know as being in the medical field myself. Today we’re here for surgery and again a super busy morning but Rachel is killing it.

Can I give more than 5 stars??!! Everyone was so kind! Josh was absolutely amazing! Such a kind soul and true passion for animals. He took his time with me and made sure I understood everything. Don’t let the term “low cost” or location scare you off. This place is legit. Super clean! Will be my new vet for both my pups

They were negligent in care for our dog. They tell us he has fluid around his heart but didn't say how bad it was. They were supposed to send the the referral for him last Monday. Our sweet boy passed away this morning and the specialist calls just a hour or so ago to set up his appt. They told me that OBT didn't even send his referral over till last night at 5pm!!! THAT WAS ALMOST 5 DAYS AFTER THE FACT AND THEY ALSO DIDNT RETURN EMAILS OR CALLS!!! UNACCEPTABLE!!!! IF OUR DOG WAS THAT BAD THEY SHOULD HAVE SAID WE NEED TO RUSH HIM TO AN EMERGENCY VET HOSPITAL!! INSTEAD IT WAS DOWNPLAYED AND THEY KILLED OUR DOG!!!! DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE BECAUSE THEY OBVIOUSLY CANT DO THEIR JOBS!!!!

Dr. Atkinson is an excellent doctor — caring, professional, and knowledgeable. However, the front desk and phone staff are absolutely terrible. Every time you call, they immediately place you on hold and leave you there for 15–20 minutes with no one checking back in. If you hang up and try again, the same thing happens — it’s an endless loop of being put on hold and ignored. The receptionists are rude and completely unhelpful, making it nearly impossible to get an appointment or even a simple question answered, most of the time you have to stop bu to request your prescriptions be refilled. It’s really unfortunate because Dr. Atkinson is great, but the unprofessional and dismissive attitude of the reception staff ruins the entire experience.

Love this vet practice! Everybody at the practice is warm, friendly, and knowledgeable. Dr. A is terrific and all the techs who work with my dog are as well. Highly recommend.
