Oak Ridge Pet Salon

They do an excellent job of grooming our Shih Tzu. Their prices are very reasonable. Clean salon. Friendly people. Timely. They don't take all day to groom your pet. I think Bailey has been there 3 times now since we moved here.

Oak Ridge Feed & Pet Salon are excellent choices for anything from bird feeders and feed to pet supplies to grooming. Matt and Cameo Phelps are the most friendly and caring people I know in the business (of course I'm biased, look at my last name). 😃

Oak Ridge does a good job on nail trims when you can get them to answer the phone to set up a time, which is what they want you to do and which I don't mind. Unfortunately, I'm done with this salon because I call and call, and nobody answers the phone. I called several times last week and the phone didn't get answered so I finally left a message that I wanted to set up a time for my dog's nail trim, and I didn't get a call back. Despite being a client since they opened, frustration over the last few months with their lack of customer service for appointments have led me to find another groomer. I wish you better luck in setting up your appointments.

Great quality at a Very reasonable rate! Patient, Kind, Timely Service & very willing to fix any mistakes (which we have only had happen once and have been there 6 months & counting!) I can't imagine taking our dog for grooming anywhere else!
