I can’t thank the team at Peaceful moments enough. Saying goodbye to my fur baby has been one of the most difficult experiences and from start to finish everyone I interacted with was so kind and compassionate. Dr Kelly is an angel, she entered our home and spent some time loving on our Sweezy, and talked me through the process. She didn’t rush a thing and allowed us the time we needed to say goodbye. I just picked up Sweezys cremains today and Dr Kelly made an effort to say hi to me and share with me a little more about her experience taking care of Sweezy. I am so beyond grateful for Dr Kelly and Peaceful Moments, we will undoubtedly work with them again in the future. Thank you so much for all you do!

There are truly no words that can fully express how grateful we are to Peaceful Moments for the compassion and love they showed our family during one of the most heartbreaking moments of our lives. From the very first phone call, their receptionist spoke to us with such kindness, patience, and understanding that we immediately felt supported and less alone in our grief. On 6/30/2025 we had our 17 year old boy, Django put to sleep in our home. We are working here in Michigan but from NC so we had Dr. Flanagan come to our camper. Losing a pet is so traumatic but Peaceful Moments and Dr. Flanagan made it the absolute best it could be. We were so grateful to say goodbye to our perfect boy in a calm, peaceful environment we were all familiar with. These folks are top notch & we 100% recommend them when you need to make this difficult transition. The mementos they returned were also very thoughtful, we will treasure them always. We cannot recommend Peaceful Memories Veterinary Clinic more. From the first call, they showed so much empathy. When Dr. Kelly arrived at our house, she was respectful, patient, kind, and showed so much compassion. We didn't feel like it was just another house she was coming to or that this was just a job. She cared, really cared. She gave us all the time we needed and even let our other dogs say goodbye. When picking up her ashes, they gave us this beautiful urn, a vial of hair, a clay paw print, and imprints. These are irreplaceable. I can't praise them enough and say enough kind words; they were absolutely incredible. During this hard time, they made it a bit better.

We called Peaceful Moments when my sister mentioned “pet hospice” and I did some googling. I thought, not likely, we aren't wealthy or anything, sounds above our means. But the costs for meds and stuff were the same-ish as our normal vet. Our 13-14 year old rescue dachshund was in kidney failure. Had been diagnosed a year before but now her labs were garbage and she definitely wasn’t feeling good. Our regular vet is great but I realized they left a lot to be desired when it came to end of life care. The staff at Peaceful Moments filled that gap in care, they gave us the tools we needed to keep her comfortable and happy and eating for 2 more months after her creatinine was 0.1 away from final stage.
